Remote Security
Cameras are mounted externally and internally throughout the premises for optimal security coverage. Cameras are typically located at entryways, along a building perimeter, in parking lots/garages, in loading zones and where money or other high-value items are stored.
Response
Offsite security personnel at our 24/7 I Detect center monitor real-time feeds from security cameras. If someone is seen acting suspiciously on your property, our guards have the ability to respond with a verbal warning and sound an alarm. In many cases, that’s enough to scare off would-be troublemakers.
Work In Tandem With Security Patrols
If you have onsite security guards, you know they cannot times always be in all places. We supplement your staff by monitoring areas where they are not patrolling. When we see an issue on a camera feed, we contact your guards so they can respond immediately.
Police Contact
We work closely with local police. When our offsite security staff observes illegal or suspicious activity, we contact law enforcement and provide information about what we’ve observed and a description of the possible suspect.
Fire Prevention
Fires can occur at any time and any place. As part of our service, if we see a fire on your property, we contact the fire department with the location and fire description. Knowing what to expect before arriving saves firefighters precious time.
